I'm ready for my new family!

Callie (Surrender)

I'm Available

Meet Callie! She’s a sweet medium-energy bulldog-American bully mix, about 2-3 years old, with a unique velvety-soft tiger-like brindle coat. Callie loves life—with a big smile on her face and tail always wagging, her signature butt wiggle says it all! She is dog-friendly (currently resides with a dog).  She has not been tested with kids but we think she would do well with older kids (about 8 and older).

Callie is great with dogs of all sizes and loves playing tug of war. She’s very affectionate and bonds strongly with her  people. A couch cuddle-buddy at heart, she thrives in a home where she isn’t left alone for long—she’d do best in a home with another dog, someone who works from home, or a retired family.

House trained and good on leash (though she sometimes pulls towards people or other dogs, which we’re working on), Callie is highly trainable. She already knows “sit,” “no,” and “come” and is continuing to learn basic obedience. With a little continued training, she’ll be a well-behaved addition to any home.

New friends (both human and canine) should be introduced slowly, as Callie can be a bit nervous at first until her playful, happy self shines through. We think she would be happiest in a quiet low-traffic home due to her initial nervousness.

Callie was originally found tied to a fence with a sign that said "Hi my name is Callie. I'm friendly and I need a new home", but she doesn't let her past get her down! If you’re looking for a loving, cuddly companion who brings joy, smiles, and lots of snuggles, Callie might just be the perfect match for you!

Cali is up to date on her shots and will be spayed soon.
